At Heartfelt Solution we accept insurance, private pay, and Medicaid-funded waiver programs. Heartfelt Solutions is fully certified and credentialed to provide services within the Support for Community Living (SCL) and Michelle P Waiver (MPW) programs. Insurance providers we accept include: Anthem, Humana Medicaid, Aetna Better Health of KY, KY Medicaid, Passport by Molina, Wellcare, and Aetna Commercial Insurance.

Psychological Testing

Heartfelt Solutions offers psychological testing that is useful for identifying potential areas of concern, providing diagnostic clarity, and helping determine specific goals for treatment planning. Schools, physicians and other mental health providers will often refer for psychological testing for a wide variety of reasons. A school may want to know why a child is struggling academically or is exhibiting behavioral challenges. A physician may want testing to help identify possible ADHD in a child or adult. Another mental health therapist may want testing for diagnostic clarification and individualized recommendations to help narrow the focus of their treatment.
