Missy has over 15 years of experience working with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Her interest in the field, specifically in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), began while working at a psychiatric facility and grew as she began providing in home and community based ABA therapy as a behavior technician. Missy is passionate about empowering individuals and families through the coordination of quality, person centered services designed to meet their needs.

Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and reading.
